Returns and refunds

ETI Sales accepts returns for defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed products only. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at sales@etisales.ca before returning any item.

To review a return request, we may ask for the order number, photos, product details, and a description of the issue. Items must not be shipped back without written return authorization from ETI Sales.

For approved returns caused by a defect, shipping damage, incorrect item, or material listing error, ETI Sales will provide return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and reviewed, unless we specifically authorize another resolution in writing.

Because many of our products are industrial surplus, used, obsolete, or specialty items, we do not accept general returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect customer selection, installation issues, compatibility issues, or changed project requirements.

Exchanges

ETI Sales does not offer exchanges. If an approved return is accepted, the remedy will be a refund or another resolution that ETI Sales specifically authorizes in writing.

Our warehouse is not open for walk-in returns or unscheduled drop-offs. Any approved return or pickup must be arranged by appointment in advance.
