Shipping

ETI Sales ships industrial surplus equipment from Manitoba, Canada. Most in-stock parcel orders are prepared within one business day after payment is received, excluding weekends, holidays, and orders that require freight preparation, customs review, or special packaging.

Shipping options and prices shown at checkout are based on the product size, weight, destination, and available carrier services. Heavy, oversized, palletized, or freight items may require a separate shipping quote before the order can be completed.

For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges, import requirements, and confirming that our commercial invoice and export documents are acceptable for their country, unless ETI Sales has specifically agreed in writing to provide a delivered-duty-paid shipping option.

Delivery estimates are carrier estimates only. ETI Sales is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, inspections, address issues, or other events outside our control.

Local pickup is available only after an order has been confirmed and an appointment has been arranged with ETI Sales. Our warehouse is not open to the public for walk-in visits, browsing, unscheduled pickups, or unscheduled returns.
