This website is operated by ETI Sales, operated by Enviro Tekno Inc. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to ETI Sales. By visiting https://etisales.ca or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on our website.

Online store terms

You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, or correct errors where necessary.

Products

ETI Sales sells industrial surplus equipment, including new surplus, used, obsolete, and specialty products. We work to keep product descriptions, photos, pricing, quantities, availability, and shipping charges accurate. If we identify a material error after an order is placed, we will contact the customer before fulfillment. The customer may accept the corrected terms or cancel the affected order for a full refund.

Many products are surplus or specialty industrial items. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm suitability, compatibility, installation requirements, import requirements, and regulatory requirements before purchase.

Shipping, customs, and pickup

Shipping is handled according to our Shipping policy. Cross-border buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, brokerage, import compliance, and document review unless ETI Sales has specifically agreed in writing to provide a delivered-duty-paid option.

Local pickup is by appointment only after an order has been confirmed. Our warehouse is not open to the public for walk-in visits, browsing, unscheduled pickups, or unscheduled returns.

Returns

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund policy. Because many products are industrial surplus, used, obsolete, or specialty items, general returns are limited.

Limitation of liability

The website and products are provided as described and, except where expressly stated in writing, without additional warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ETI Sales is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the site or products purchased through the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and applicable provincial law.
